Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The item is significantly different from its description.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and order details must be provided.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Clearance or promotional sale items unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Ghrology will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
